Naturalis People are already committed to being a Net Zero recruitment business by the end of 2023, and since the global pandemic we have been truly assessing our impact on the environment and what we can do about it. We have already taken internal steps to reduce our carbon footprint with reduced travel, use of EV’s, sourcing locally and many other initiatives, but it is our solution of arranging global interviews that is creating a problem we want to solve.
Our role is to advise all our clients on how to reduce the carbon impact of a recruitment process and we are fortunate that in 2020, a lot of this happened in reaction to COVID19. However, as the world returns to normality, we recognise the need to create a solution we can deliver for you, which will support your company sustainability goals as well as make you an employer of choice.
